Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business continuity planning, risk management, or related roles.
In-depth understanding of business continuity planning methodologies, risk assessment, and crisis management.
Strong analytical skills to assess potential business disruptions, vulnerabilities, and impacts.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive business continuity plans.
Proficiency in using business continuity planning software, tools, and technology platforms.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Ability to facilitate tabletop exercises, simulations, and drills to test plan effectiveness.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements related to business continuity.
Professional certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) are advantageous.
